1 : lb Pork cut into bite sized

0: Preheat oven to 400
1: Generously grease muffin pans, or use paper liners
2: In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder & baking soda
3: Cut in butter using a pastry blender or a fork, until mixture resembles fine crumbs
4: In a small bowl, stir yogurt until creamy
5: Blend in eggs & vanilla extract
6: Pour all at once into flour mixture & stir until flour mixture moistened
7: Do not over stir
8: Gently fold in blueberries
9: Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full
10: If desired, sprinkle the tops of the muffins with a bit of additional sugar
11: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown
12: Remove from pans immediately
13: Serve warm
