Ingredients

1/2 : c White sugar

1/2 : c Brown sugar

1/2 : c Butter or margarine

1 : ts Vanilla extract

1/2 : c Peanut butter

1 : Egg

1 : /2 c All-purpose flour

1/2 : ts Baking soda

1/2 : ts Baking powder

1/4 : ts Salt

3 : Dozen bite-sized Milky Way

4 : lg Heads garlic

1 : c Vegetable stock; or dry

-white : -white wine, or nonalcoholic

-white : -white wine

1 : ts Minced fresh rosemary

1 : ts Minced fresh thyme

1 : c Milk

1 : tb Butter; or canola oil

1/4 : c Unsulphured molasses

1 : lg Egg

1 : /4 c All-purpose flour;

Directions

0: Heat water, yogurt, and oil to simmering

1: Stir in oats, wheat germ, and bran

2: Set aside until cooled to very warm (120° to 130°F), about 30 minutes

3: In large bowl, combine 1 cup flour, brown sugar, undissolved yeast, and salt

4: Add cooled bran mixture; blend well

5: Stir in 1 egg and enough remaining flour to make soft dough

6: Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 6 to 8 minutes

7: Cover; let rest on floured surface 10 minutes

8: Divide dough in half

9: Roll each half to 12- x 7-inch rectangle

10: Beginning at short end of each, roll up tightly as for jelly roll

11: Pinch seams and ends to seal

12: Place, seam sides down, in 2 greased 8 1/2- x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans

13: Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 30 to 45 minutes

14: With sharp knife, make 3 diagonal slashes (1/4 inch deep) on each loaf

15: Lightly beat remaining egg; brush on loaves

16: Sprinkle with wheat germ or oats

17: Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until done

18: Remove from pans; let cool on wire racks
