8 : c Flour
2 : c Lukewarm milk
1 : /2 c Lukewarm water
1 : Cake household yeast
1 : c Sugar
1 : ts Salt
44 : Eggs (whole; beaten)
1 : c Melted butter or oleo
0: Sift the dry ingredients, then add the egg and enough milk or buttermilk to make a batter like thick cream
1: Fry the bacon rashers and drain, then make a large pancake, pouring the batter over the entire bottom of teh pan
2: Cook on one side, toss over, spread with a little mustard if liked, then add the bacon and fold over
3: Make the rest of the batter into pancakes the same way
4: Makes 4 very large pancakes or 8 small ones
