Oatmeal Breakfast Bread Pudding recipe

Ingredients

8 : c Flour

2 : c Lukewarm milk

1 : /2 c Lukewarm water

1 : Cake household yeast

1 : c Sugar

1 : ts Salt

44 : Eggs (whole; beaten)

1 : c Melted butter or oleo

Directions

0: Preheat oven to 350° F

1: Using a bowl that will hold the bread cubes and still leave it half to a third empty, place the bread cubes, then add the oatmeal

2: Separately beat the eggs and mix with milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg

3: Add to bread cube bowl

4: Add currants and mix well

5: Bake for 1 hour plus, or until the pudding has risen high and is medium brown on top

6: It will rise like a souffle and then fall as it cools

7: Serve warm smothered in milk
