2 : Tb brandy
1 : c Sugar
1/2 : ts Salt
1/2 : lb Butter or margerine
1 : ts Baking powder
3 : Eggs
2 : To 3lb hrtnng .milk
Powdered : Powdered sugar
1 : md Yellow squash, diced
4 : Shallots, with tops, chopped
1 : qt Water
2 : tb Maple syrup
5 : sl Cucumber (1/2" thick)

0: To make sour milk, add 1 ts white vinegar to 1 c milk
1: Blend flour, butter and cinnamon until mixture resembles cornmeal
2: Reserve 1 cup flour mixture for top
3: Add sugar, nutmeg, salt, egg, sour milk and baking soda
4: Blend slowly
5: Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish
6: Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top
7: Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until straw inserted in center comes out clean
