0: Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until almost tender
1: Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter
2: Stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and hot pepper sauce
3: Cook and stir until smooth
4: Drain macaroni; combine with butter mixture in a large bowl and mix well
5: Stir in milk and 4 cups of cheese
6: Pour into an ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish
7: Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly
8: Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand 5 minutes before serving
