Directions

0: Preheat oven to 400

1: Grease 9" pie pan

2: Heat oil over medium-low

3: Add onions and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes

4: Set aside

5: Combine milk and egg in medium bowl

6: Blend in Bisquick

7: Add onions and 1/2 cheese

8: Pour into prepared pan

9: Sprinkle with remaining cheese and poppy seeds

10: Drizzle with melted butter

11: Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes

12: Cool slightly in pan

13: Cut into wedges

14: Serve warm

15: Can be frozen up to 1 month
