7: Dough will be quite stiff
8: Stir in chocolate chips
9: Spoon by heaping spoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets
10: Flatten with wet fingers and sprinkle onions on top of each cookie
11: Bake until golden brown, 12-14 minutes
12: Cool on rack
13: Makes about 30 cookies
