Ingredients

36 : sl Party rye or pumpernickel

-bread : -bread

6 : oz Monterey jack cheese

Directions

0: Preheat oven to 375 degrees

1: Prepare pans

2: Pour buttermilk over oats in a bowl

3: Add beaten egg, melted butter, sugar, vanilla and rind and mix thoroughly

4: Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mix until just combined

5: If desired, raisins may be added at this point

6: Spoon into pans and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done
