0: Preheat oven to 350øF
1: Grease or spray a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan
2: Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
3: Add the eggs and beat well
4: Beat in orange zest and 1 tablespoon of liqueur
5: Pour in half-and-half and beat to combine
6: (Do not be concerned with curdling
7: ) In another bowl, stir and toss together flour, baking powder, and salt
8: Add to butter mixture and gently beat just to combine
9: Stir in nuts and 4 ounces chopped chocolate
10: Spoon batter into prepared pan and smooth top
11: Bake 1 hour, until top is golden
12: Cool in pan on rack
13: Invert onto serving platter and cool completely
14: When bread is cool, combine remaining chocolate with water and remaining tablespoon of orange liqueur in heavy saucepan
15: Place over low heat and melt, stirring constantly
16: Spread evenly over top and chill to set
