0: Sift flour before measuring
1: Stir together flour, baking powder, salt & orange rind
2: Cut in margarine
3: Add milk
4: Roll dough approximately 1/2 inch thickness
5: Cut into 2 inch biscuits
6: Place on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam
7: Dip a sugar cube into the orange juice & press one cube into the middle of each biscuit
8: Bake at 450F for approximately 10 minutes
9: Watch these carefully as they burn easily due to the sugar cubes
