1/3 : c Corn syrup

2 : tb Milk, skim

1/2 : lb Roquefort or blue cheese

1: Preheat oven to 350 deg F

2: Mix first 6 ingredients; add eggs and melted margarine

3: Fold in chopped peaches; mix for about 2 min at med speed of electric mixer

4: Pour batter into pan and bake for approx 1 hr, testing for doneness

5: Cool completely

6: Make glaze by blending confectioner's sugar and 4 tsp reserved peach juice

7: Pour over cooled loaf
