1/2 : c Sugar
2 : ts Baking powder
1/4 : ts Salt
1 : c Flour
1/2 : c Milk

1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

3: Coat cookie sheets with vegetable oil cooking spray 3
4: Combine the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl
5: Whisk to combine

7: In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar
8: Using an electric mixer at medium speed, beat until the mixture is light, fluffy, and smooth
9: Mix in the egg and vanilla

11: Stir in the chocolate chips with a wooden spoon
12: Add the flour mixture and stir to incorporate

14: Drop the dough by the tablespoonful onto the prepared cookie sheets, leaving about 1-1/2 inches in between the cookies

16: Bake for about 15 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown

18: Remove from the oven and cool on the cookie sheets for 3 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to finish cooling
