3 : tb Butter or margarine
3 : Cloves garlic; minced
2 : 1/ ts TABASCO pepper sauce
1/2 : ts Salt
3 : c Pecan halves
3 : c King Arthur Bread Flour
2 : ts Instant yeast; NOT Rapid
-Rise! : -Rise!
2 : ts Dough conditioner; Another
0: Beat together first 4 ingredients until blended
1: Combine and add the next 4 ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are blended
2: Do not overmix
3: Stir in the pine nuts
4: Spread batter into a greased 8x4" loaf pan, place pan on a cookie sheet, and bake in a 350~ oven for about 45 minutes or until a cake tester, inserted in center, comes out clean
5: Allow to cool in pan for 15 minutes, and then remove from pan and continue cooling on a rack
6: Use a serrated bread knife to cut into slices
7: Serve warm with sweet whipped butter
8: Yields 1 loaf
9: NOTE: If you use all-purpose flour, then increase baking powder to 3 tsp
10: and add a pinch of salt
