2 : Garlic cloves, minced

2 : tb Butter

2 : tb Boiling water

3/4 : c Parmesan cheese

1 : lb Spaghettini

1/4 : c Pignoli, minced

1/2 : c Salad oil

1 : c Italian bread crumbs

1/2 : c Pesto

2 : tb Prepared horseradish

1 : lb Fresh mushrooms

Pimentos : Pimentos

1 : Basic Masa Dough recipe

18 : Corn husks

Directions

0: Spread pesto over focaccia

1: Arrange tomato slices over pesto

2: Top with cheese slices

3: Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper

4: Place on baking sheet

5: Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts and bread is hot, 6 to 10 minutes
