2 : tb Boiling water
3/4 : c Parmesan cheese
1 : lb Spaghettini
1/4 : c Pignoli, minced
1/2 : c Salad oil
1 : c Italian bread crumbs
1/2 : c Pesto
2 : tb Prepared horseradish
1 : lb Fresh mushrooms
Pimentos : Pimentos
1 : Basic Masa Dough recipe
18 : Corn husks
0: Combine water, yeast and sugar and let stand untiil yeast has dissolved and is foamy
1: Mix in flour and knead for 7-8 minutes
2: Let dough rise covered, in a greased bowl in a warm place, until double in bulk
3: Form into sticks or pretzels and place on greased cookie sheets
4: Apply a thin egg wash (1 egg yolk diluted with 1-2 tbsp water or milk) Sprinkle with coarse salt
5: Allow pretzels to rise until almost double in bulk
6: Bake in preheated 475 F oven for about 10 minutes
7: Cool and serve
