3 : c Vinegar

3 : c Fresh garlic cloves

1 : /2 c White distilled vinegar

1/2 : c Sugar

1/2 : ts Salt

CHUCK : CHUCK OZBURN

1 : lb Fresh ginger; - peeled and

Directions

0: Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar

1: Beat the egg slightly

2: Add cereal, milk, and oil to the egg

3: Stir to combine

4: Let stand for 2 min

5: or until the cereal has softened

6: Stir the pineapple, including the juice, into the mixture

7: Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined

8: Spoon the batter evenly into a paper-lined muffin tin and bake at 400F for about 25 min

9: Serve warm
