1 : Egg white
Various : Various spices
2 : x Pita breads (6" diameter)
2 : ts Margarine
2 : ts Oregano
4 : tb Grated Parmesan cheese
0: Dissolve the yeast in the water
1: Stir in sugar, salt, oil and one and 3/4 cups of the flour
2: Turn onto a well-floured board and knead until smooth and elastic
3: This should take about five minutes
4: Knead in enough of the remaining flour to prevent sticking
