4 : tb Grated Parmesan cheese
0: Make dough: Mix flour and salt in large bowl
1: Make a well in center add yeast, water, oil and sugar
2: Let stand 5 minutes until yeasts dissolves foamy
3: Beat with spoon to make soft dough
4: Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic adding more flour as needed
5: Place in a greased bowl cover and let rise double
6: Make filling: crumble sausage and cook over medium high heat to break up meat
7: Drain off fat
8: Stir in paste, onion and seasonings
9: Remove from heat and let cool
10: Punch down dough and divide in half
11: Roll each piece into a 14 x 9 inch rectangle
12: Spread 1/2 of filling to 1/2 inch of sides
13: Top with 1/2 of cheeses
14: Drizzle with oil
15: Roll up tightly from one long side
16: Pinch edges and tuck under to seal
17: Place on large baking sheet seam side down, two inches apart
18: Bend each roll intoa crescent shape
19: Bake in a 400 oven 45 minutes or golden and done
20: Cool 30 minutes before cutting
