Ingredients

1 : ts Lemon juice

1 : ts ;salt

1/8 : ts Black pepper

1/4 : c Onion; minced

1/4 : c Green pepper; minced

Directions

0: Combine the dry ingredients, then cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then add the cheddar cheese

1: Combine the milk and eggs then add the mixture to the cheddar mixture

2: Stir until just moistened, then spoon into a greased 9 X 5-inch loaf pan

3: Bake at 375 degrees F
