Ingredients

1 : c Shreaded coconut.

1 : lb Box confectioner's sugar

6 : tb Butter or margarine

1/4 : c Milk

1/2 : ts Salt

1 : ts Vanilla

1/4 : To 1/2 cup cocoa, depending

-on : -on how rich you want it

1/2 : c Butter /margerine

2 : c Sugar

1/2 : c Milk

5 : 6 Tbls. Cocoa powder

2 : ts Vanilla

2 : 3 cups oats

1 : /2 c Granulated sugar

6 : tb Milk

6 : tb Oleo

1 : ts Vanilla

6 : oz Semisweet chocolate chips

1 : tb Dry yeast

1 : ts Salt

3/4 : c Warm water

4 : lg Garlic cloves, pressed

2 : 1/ c White flour

1 : cn Pillsbury pizza crust

2 : tb Olive oil

3 : ts Dried parsley flakes

3 : ts Garlic; chopped

Black : Black pepper to taste

Directions

0: Generously grease two 8x4 or 9x5-inch loaf pans

1: In large mixer bowl, combine whole wheat flour, oats, yeast and salt

2: Heat 1-3/4 cups water, syrups, and margarine until very warm (120 to 130 degrees F)

3: Pour over oats mixture; add 2 eggs

4: Beat at low speed of electric mixer 1 minute

5: Continue beating at medium speed 2 minutes

6: Gradually stir in enough all-purpose flour to make a soft dough

7: On lightly floured surface, knead in enough remaining flour until dough becomes smooth and elastic; about 10 minutes

8: Place dough in large greased bowl

9: Cover; let rise in warm place about 45 minutes or until double in size

10: Punch dough down

11: Divide into 2 parts; shape each into ball

12: Allow dough to rest, covered with inverted bowl, about 15 minutes

13: Shape each ball into loaf

14: Place in prepared pans

15: Cover; let rise in warm place about 1/2 hour or until double in size

16: Heat oven to 375 F

17: Combine remaining egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush over loaves

18: Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until loaves sound hollow when tapped lightly

19: Immediately remove loaves from pans

20: Cool on wire rack
