8 : lb RADISH RED FRESH
1 : sm Red Onion
2 : bn Radish
15 : oz Mandarin Oranges; Drain And
-Reserve : -Reserve
2 : tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 : tb Red Wine Vinegar
1 : bn Radishes; thinly sliced
Lettuce : Lettuce leaves
0: Sift togther all dry ingredients
1: Cut in shortening with pastry cutter or two knives
2: Mixture should look like small bowls
3: Stir in milk and raisins
4: Turn onto lightly floured board
5: Roll out to 1/2 Cut into rounds with floured doughnut cutter
6: Arrange doughnuts on cookie sheets
7: Brush with melted butter
8: Bake 12 minutes in a 425F oven
9: Brush again with melted butter
10: Combine 1/4 c sugar and 2 t cinnamon to make cinnamon sugar
11: Makes 1 dozen
