Ingredients

1/2 : ga Vanilla ice cream

2 : tb Instant coffee

1 : pt Whipping cream

3 : tb Water

Brandy : Brandy to taste

Shaved : Shaved chocolate

2 : c Sugar

2 : Eggs well beaten

1 : c Milk or water

1 : ts Nutmeg

1 : c Butter

1 : ts Baking powder

1/2 : ts Salt

Flour : Flour enough to stiffen

Dough : Dough for easy rolling

1 : qt Heavy cream

2 : 1/4 c Cake flour

2 : ts Baking powder

1 : c Butter; softened

8 : oz Cream cheese; softened

1 : /2 c Sugar

4 : lg Eggs

1 : ts Vanilla extract

1 : ts Lemon rind; grated

2 : tb Rum OR brandy OR cognac

Directions

1: " Chop or grind the roast beef, add the remaining ingredients and mix well

2: Turn the mixture into a greased, preheated frying pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the hash is thoroughly hot

3: Let cook until brown and crusted underneath

4: Fold the hash over as you would an omelet and turn out on a hot platter
