0: Fry the beef and hot sausage, and drain excess fat

1: Melt the cheese

2: Mix the ground beef, sausage and melted cheese

3: Let it cool

4: Spread the mix on the rye bread

5: Freeze on a cookie sheet

6: Put into plastic bags

7: Thaw

8: Bake at 350'F
