6 : Corn tortillas

8 : c Chicken stock (reduced-fat)

0: Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl;mix
1: Combine and mix milk, eggs and oil
2: Add liquids to dry ingredients;mix
3: For each waffle, pour 1/2 of batter (1 1/3 cups) into preheated 9" square waffle iron
4: Spread over grid at once
5: Close iron;bake until done and nicely browned
6: Serve hot with butter and maple syrup,honey, applesauce or preserves
