6 : c Whole wheat bread flour
0: These crackers are excellent served with salad, soup, cheese or spreads
1: Makes about 4 dozen Preheat oven to 400 F
2: Lightly grease two 14x17-inch baking sheets
3: Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl
4: Stir in water and oil, mixing until smooth dough forms
5: Halve dough
6: Flatten 1 piece into large square directly on 1 prepared sheet
7: Cut into 2 3/4 x 3 1/4-inch pieces, leaving in place on baking sheet
8: Pierce all over with fork
9: Brush generously with egg white mixture
10: Sprinkle with half of sesame seed
11: Repeat with remianing half of dough
12: Bake until crackers are dry and golden, 10 to 12 minutes
13: Recut if necessary
14: Cool on racks
15: Store crackers in airtight container
