Ingredients

1 : tb Paprika

1 : tb Ground black pepper

1 : tb Salt

1 : ts Garlic powder

1 : c Prepared yellow mustard

1 : c Packed brown sugar

1/2 : c White vinegar

6 : Granny Smith apples, cored,

-peeled, : -peeled, and sliced thin (up

-to : -to 8)

1 : tb Lemon juice

1/2 : c Granulated sugar

1/4 : c Brown sugar, packed

1 : ts Cinnamon

1/4 : ts Nutmeg

3 : tb Flour

Directions

0: Boil 2 cups water, add 1 c

1: raisins and 2 t

2: baking soda

3: Let cool

4: In a large bowl, mix 2 sticks of oleo, 2 c

5: sugar, 2 eggs and 2 t

6: vanilla

7: Alternately add 4 c

8: flour and butter mixture to the raisin mixture

9: Add nuts

10: Bake at 325* for l hour in greased loaf pans

11: Makes two loaves

12: Great with butter or sprinkled with powdered sugar
