1 : tb Paprika
1 : tb Ground black pepper
1 : tb Salt
1 : ts Garlic powder
1 : c Prepared yellow mustard
1 : c Packed brown sugar
1/2 : c White vinegar
6 : Granny Smith apples, cored,
-peeled, : -peeled, and sliced thin (up
-to : -to 8)
1 : tb Lemon juice
1/2 : c Granulated sugar
1/4 : c Brown sugar, packed
1 : ts Cinnamon
1/4 : ts Nutmeg
3 : tb Flour
0: In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, garlic, salt, pepper and parmesan
1: Set aside
2: In pre-made 9 inch pie shell (or make your own, but I use Pillsbury Fold and Bake shells), put an even layer of swiss cheese, followed by green onion, then zucchini
3: Sprinkle w jack cheese
4: Pour egg mixture over all
5: Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until center is set when touched lightly
6: Place on wire rack to cool
7: Serve and room temperature or chilled
