1 : lb Uncooked linguine
1 : tb Sunflower or vegetable oil
1 : md Sized zucchini; cut into
-1-inch : -1-inch chunks
1 : lg Red bell pepper; cut into
-1-inch : -1-inch chunks
26 : oz Light spaghetti sauce
1 : c Salsa
3/4 : c Shredded reduced-fat
0: In a food processor, combine egg whites, pumpkin pie mix, milk, and cornstarch
1: Blend until smooth
2: Dip bread slices in egg white mixture
3: In a skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray, over medium heat add bread slices
4: Cook 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown
5: Turn and continue cooking 3 minutes more
6: Remove from pan and keeping warm
7: Repeat with remaining bread slices
