3: With a spoon, stir in zucchini and pineapple
4: In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg
5: Stir into zucchini mixture until blended
6: Add nuts and currants
7: Stir until blended
8: Divide batter evenly between 2 greased and floured 9" x 5" x 3 " loaf pans
9: Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes or until loaves test done
10: Cool in pans for 10 minutes
11: Turn out on wire cake racks to cool completely
