Fat : Fat for frying

1/2 : lb Sausage; hot italian, casin

1/2 : c Butter

12 : Mushrooms; large, sliced

2 : Garlic cloves; minced

1 : Green pepper; chopped

1 : c Green onions; chopped

1/4 : c Parsley; fresh minced

1/4 : c Basil ; fresh minced or 2 t

12 : oz Fettucine; green, cooked al

2/3 : c Parmesan cheese; grated

1 : c Sour cream

2 : Whole boneless,

-skinless : -skinless chicken breasts

-cut : -cut into 1/2" pieces

1 : tb Peanut oil

1 : md Onion, chopped

1 : Garlic clove, minced

28 : oz Can whole tomatoes,

Directions

0: In food processor or blender, whirl all the ingredients for about 30 seconds or until smooth

1: Will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 weeks
