1/2 : c Unsalted butter, softened
1 : c Packed brown sugar
2 : Eggs
2/3 : c Sour cream
1 : /2 ts Vanilla
2 : 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 : ts Baking powder
1/2 : ts Baking soda
1/2 : ts Salt
6 : oz White chocolate, coarse chop
1 : c Dried cherries,
-or : -or cranberries
1 : c Pecans, chopped
0: Combine 1 c all purpose flour and next 6 ingredients; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal
1: Stir in banana and yogurt
2: Add milk; stir until dry ingredients are moistened
3: Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; let rest 5 mins
4: Knead dough 4 times; add enough remaining flour to prevent dough from sticking to hands
5: Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness; cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter
6: Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray
7: Bake at 450F for 8 minutes or until golden
