1/2 : c Unsalted butter, softened
1 : c Packed brown sugar
2 : Eggs
2/3 : c Sour cream
1 : /2 ts Vanilla
2 : 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 : ts Baking powder
1/2 : ts Baking soda
1/2 : ts Salt
6 : oz White chocolate, coarse chop
1 : c Dried cherries,
-or : -or cranberries
1 : c Pecans, chopped
0: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1: Grease and flour 18 muffin cups
2: Sift flour, baking powder and salt
3: Add brown sugar, nuts and raisins
4: Combine milk and eggs
5: MIx in shortening and blend well
6: Stir into dry ingredients just until moist
7: Fill muffin cups a little more than half full
8: Bake 15-20 minutes
