1/2 : c Unsalted butter, softened
1 : c Packed brown sugar
2 : Eggs
2/3 : c Sour cream
1 : /2 ts Vanilla
2 : 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 : ts Baking powder
1/2 : ts Baking soda
1/2 : ts Salt
6 : oz White chocolate, coarse chop
1 : c Dried cherries,
-or : -or cranberries
1 : c Pecans, chopped
0: Combine 2 T
1: sugar with remaining dry ingredients
2: Cut in margarine until crumbly
3: Beat eggs and reserve 1 T
4: Stir remaining eggs, milk, and raisins into crumb mixture
5: Knead dough 5 times
6: Divide in half & pat into 5-inch circle
7: Cut each into 8 wedges and place on greased cookie sheet
8: Brush reserved egg over wedges and sprinkle with reserved sugar
9: Bake at 425 degrees for 17 minutes or until browned
10: Serve warm
11: Makes 16 scones, 130 calories each
