Ingredients

1 : c All-purpose flour

1/2 : c Apple fiber

1 : tb Baking Powder

1/4 : ts Salt

1/2 : c Rice bran

3/4 : c Evaporated skim milk

1 : c Salted cod; washed and

-drained : -drained

2 : c Flour

1/2 : c Milk*

Salt : Salt and pepper to taste

1 : Packege Franch leaf dough; (

-Not : -Not philo)

3 : c kind of nuts; ground

-roughly : -roughly & mix together.

-Peacun, : -Peacun, Pistachio, and

-Almonds : -Almonds

1/2 : c Sugar

1/2 : ts Lemon grid

2 : ts Cinnamon

1/2 : ts Ground nutmeg

Directions

0: In large bowl, mix 1 1/4 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and undissolved yeast

1: Heat evaporated milk, water, and margarine to 120F-130F

2: Margarine need not melt

3: Add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer

4: Add eggs, banana, and 1 cup flour; beat at high speed 2 minutes

5: Stir in pecans and enough remaining flour to make stiff dough

6: Knead 8 to 10 minutes

7: Set in greased bowl; grease top

8: Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour

9: Punch dough down

10: Divide in half; shape into loaves

11: Place in 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans

12: Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour

13: Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon

14: Brush loaves with melted margarine; top with sugar mixture

15: Bake at 375F 25 to 35 minutes

16: Cool
