Ingredients

2 : Habanero chilies (or scotch

-bonnet); : -bonnet); up to 8, finely

1 : lg Ripe tomato; cut in /4 in

-dice : -dice (with juices)

1/2 : c White onion; finely chopped

3 : tb Orange juice; (sour) OR

2 : tb Fresh lime juice PLUS

1 : tb Fresh orange juice

1/2 : ts Salt

Directions

0: Preheat oven to 35OF

1: Mix first 4 ingredients together

2: Beat vigorously for 30 seconds

3: Stir in nuts

4: Pour batter into greased loaf pan

5: Bake 45 to 50 minutes

6: Cool before slicing

7: *1 loaf pan equals 5 soup cans, 3 No

8: 2 cans or 2 one pound coffee tins

9: BREAD PAN ALTERNATIVES—Soup cans, No

10: 2 cans or 1 pound coffee tins may be used for baking bread

11: To prepare cans for baking thoroughly wash and dry, then grease them well with butter or margarine

12: Follow your favorite bread recipe

13: Fill your choice of can slightly more than half full of dough

14: Cover and put them in a warm place to rise if making a yeast bread

15: Bake in a preheated 350F oven: soup cans: 40 minutes; No
