Ingredients

2 : tb Olive Oil

3 : oz Thin spaghetti; cooked,

-drained, : -drained, rinsed under cool

-water, : -water, and drained again

-(up : -(up to 4)

1/2 : Cucumber; quartered/sliced

3 : lg Sprigs fresh dill

1 : c Leaf lettuce; torn bite-size

1 : Or 2 green onions with some

-of : -of tops; sliced

3 : oz Smoked salmon; flaked (up to

-4) : -4)

Directions

0: Stir together flours, cornmeal, baking powder, soda, and salt

1: Combine egg, molasses, sugar and oil

2: Add flour mixture to molasses mixture alternately with buttermilk; beat well

3: Stir in raisons

4: Turn batter into two well greased 16 ounce vegetable cans

5: Cover cans tightly with foil

6: Place cans in crockery cooker

7: Cover and cook on high heat setting fro 3 hours

8: Remove cans from cooker

9: Cool 10 minutes in cans

10: Serve warm

11: Makes 2 loaves
