Ingredients

6 : lg Sweet potato

2 : tb Margarine

3/4 : c Dark brown sugar

1/2 : c Water

1 : pn Salt

1 : pn Ground ginger

3 : c Cornflakes cereal; lightly c

1/8 : ts Garlic powder

1/8 : ts Dry mustard

2 : Chicken breasts without skin

1/2 : c Butter or margarine; melted

3 : Chicken breasts; halved,

-boned : -boned and skinned

1 : /4 c Chopped cooked shrimp

3/4 : c Softened butter

1/4 : c Chopped green onion

1 : /2 ts Salt

Oil : Oil

1 : c Flour

1 : /4 ts Baking powder

1 : ts Salt

3/4 : c Water

0: Place the apricots on a chopping block

1: Sprinkle 1 Tbls

2: flour over them

3: Dip a knife into the flour & chop the apricots finely

4: Flour the knife often to keep the cut up fruit from sticking together

5: Sift the remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt & sugar into a large bowl

6: Combine the milk, egg, orange peel, & oil

7: Stir the flour mixture & the whole wheat flour

8: Fold in the cut up apricots, any flour left on the cutting block & the walnuts

9: Pour into a well greased, floured baking unit

10: Cover & place on a rack in the slow cooker, but prop the lid open a fraction with a toothpick or a twist of foil to let excess steam escape

11: Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours

12: Cool on a rack for 10 minutes

13: Serve warm or cold
