Paper : Paper for patterns;
0: BEAT egg, milk, melted margarine, orange and lemon rind together in mixing bowl to blend
1: Stir in cereal; set aside
2: COMBINE flour,1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl
3: Stir well
4: ADD cereal mixture to dry ingredients stirring just until well blended
5: POUR into greased 8" x 4" loaf pan
6: BAKE at 350 F for 55 to 60 min
7: Glaze immediately
8: BRING 1/3 cup sugar, orange and lemon juice to a boil in small saucepan, for glaze
9: PRICK hot loaf with skewer or wooden pick to make many small holes through loaf
10: Spoon glaze slowly over surface of pricked loaf, allowing it to soak in
11: Cool loan in pan, then remove and slice to serve
