Ingredients

1 : oz Coconut rum

4 : oz Pineapple juice

1/2 : oz Lemon juice

1/2 : oz Simple syrup

3 : tb Vegetable Oil

1/2 : lb Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined

2 : tb Cilantro Pesto (See Recipe)

1 : tb Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)

Fresh : Fresh Cilantro Leaves

1 : kg Medium size fresh shrimp

7 : Red hot chili

3 : Cloves garlic

1 : tb Sugar

1 : /2 ts Salt

1/4 : c Hot water

2 : tb Lime juice

1 : tb Hot sauce *

1 : tb Chopped coriander

1/4 : c Chicken Stock

2 : tb Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)

1 : tb Oyster Sauce

1 : ts Dark Soy Sauce

1 : ts Asian Sesame Oil

1 : ts Sugar

1/4 : ts Salt

Directions

10: Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes

2: Soften yeast in warm water

3: In a large bowl, combine boiling water, oatmeal, molasses, shortening and salt

4: Cool to lukewarm

5: Stir in 2 cups flour and beat well

6: Add eggs and yeast mixture and beat well

7: Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough

9: Turn out onto lightly floured surface, cover and let rest 10 minutes

11: Place in lightly greased bowl, turning dough once

12: Cover with a dish towel and let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1-1/2 hours

14: Coat 2 well-greased 8-1/2x4-1/2x2-1/2" loaf pans with 2 tablespoons of rolled oats in each pan

16: Divide dough in half

17: Shape 2 loaves and place in pans

19: Let rise until almost double in bulk, 45 minutes to 1 hour

20: Brush with mixture of 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon water; sprinkle lightly with rolled oats

21: Bake at 350'F

23: Cover with foil or brown paper after baking 15 minutes if tops are getting too brown
