Ingredients

Vegetable : Vegetable cooking spray

3 : Ears fresh corn

1 : c Yellow cornmeal

2 : ts Salt

3 : ts Double-acting baking powder

1 : c Sour cream

3/4 : c Melted butter

2 : Eggs, well beaten

1/4 : lb Gruyere or Monterey Jack

1 : 4-oz can peeled green chilis

4 : oz Unsweetened chocolate

Directions

1: ) Generously grease large bowl and 10-inch round baking pan

2: Scald milk with 1 tablespoon butter and cool to lukewarm

3: Sprinkle yeast over warm water in large bowl and let stand until proofed and foamy, about 10 minutes

4: Stir in milk, sugar and salt

5: Add 2 cups flour and beat well

6: Add 1 more cup flour and mix thoroughly

7: Turn out onto lightly floured board and knead in remaining flour until dough is smooth and satiny, about 10 minutes

8: Place in greased bowl, turning to coat entire surface

9: Cover and let rise in warm area until doubled, 1 1/2 hours

10: Saute onion in butter until tender but not browned, set aside

11: Punch dough down and knead several times

12: Roll into 16x11-inch rectangle

13: Sprinkle evenly with onion, then with dillweed

14: Roll lengthwise jelly roll fashion

15: Slice into 1-inch pieces and arrange in prepared 10-inch pan so each roll barely touches

16: Brush with butter and let rise until doubled, 30 to 45 minutes

17: Preheat oven to 375 deg

18: Bake rolls until golden brown, about 30 minutes
