0: Heat oven to 350F

1: Lightly spray two 9x5x3-inch loaf pans with non-stick vegetable cooking spray

2: In small bowl, stir together sour cream and baking soda; set aside

3: In large bowl, beat sugar and margarine on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended

4: Add egg substitute and salt; beat well

5: Gradually add flour to sugar mixture, beating until well blended

6: Add sour cream mixture, banana and vanilla; beat until smooth

7: Fold in chips and nuts

8: Pour batter evenly into prepared pans

9: Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean

10: Cool 10 minutes

11: Remove from pans to wire rack; immediately wrap in plastic wrap

12: Cool completely before slicing
