Ingredients

4 : Chicken breasts, skinless,

2 : cl Garlic; minced

1 : c Sour cream

2 : tb Lemon juice

1/2 : ts Paprika

1 : ts Tabasco sauce

1 : c Breadcrumbs

1/2 : c Butter

1/2 : c Cheap mustard

2 : Peeled and deseeded mangoes

2 : Limes (peeled)

1 : Lemon (peeled)

1/2 : c White vinegar

2 : tb (heaping) brown sugar

Directions

0: On a baking sheet, lightly roast pecans (approximately 8 minutes) in a preheated 350 degree oven

1: While warm, stir in 1 Tablespoon butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt

2: Spray a bundt pan VERY liberally with non-stick spray

3: Sprinkle about 1/4 cup pecans in bundt pan

4: In a small bowl, stir together cinnamon, sugar and brown sugar

5: Roll each frozen roll in cinnamon-sugar and place in bundt pan

6: After you have about half of the rolls in the pan, sprinkle with 3/4 remaining pecans

7: Top with last half of rolls

8: Sprinkle remaining pecans and butterscotch pudding mix over rolls

9: Slice butter into 1/2" cubes and dot cubes around

10: Cover loosely with waxed paper or plastic and leave on cool spot on counter to rise over night

13: Permit to cool about 5 minutes in pan, then unmold onto serving platter
