Directions

0: Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes In a medium suacepan over medium-high heat, combine the water and salt

1: Bring to a boil

2: Gradually add the oats, stirring constantly

3: Reduce the heat to low and simmer

4: Stir frequently til water is absorbed and oats creamy, about 30 minutes

5: Divide cooked oats into 4 bowls

6: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of brown sugar on each bowl of oats

7: Serve immediately
