Ingredients

2 : lb Large shrimp; 48 shrimp

1/2 : c Fresh lemon juice; about 3

1/2 : c Dry white wine

2 : tb Minced garlic; about 1

2 : tb Steak sauce; such as Heinz

Cooking : Cooking spray

1/4 : c Freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/8 : c Olive oil

1/4 : ts Thyme

1/8 : ts Black pepper

16 : oz Tempeh

1 : lg Onion; sliced into rings

4 : Whole wheat hamburger rolls

1/4 : c All-purpose flour

1/2 : ts Salt

1/2 : ts Pepper

1 : lb Thin veal cutlets

4 : ts Olive oil (approx)

1/2 : c Chicken stock

1/4 : c Dry white wine or additional

-stock : -stock

1/2 : ts Dried Italian herbs

1 : ts Grated lemon zest

1 : tb Freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 : tb Chopped parsley

2 : Boneless beef top loin

Directions

0: Whisk the eggs and sour cream together

1: Stir in the cheese, linguine,and roasted red peppers

2: Season with salt and pepper

3: Preheat broiler

4: Saute the shallots, garlic, and broccoli

5: Cook for 5 mins

6: Stir the broccoli mixture into the ego mixture, and quickly back into the pan

7: Cook until the sides begin to cook and the bottom begins to brown

8: Transfer to 5 inches from broiler

9: Cook until the top browns

10: Serves 4
