Ingredients

2 : lb Large shrimp; 48 shrimp

1/2 : c Fresh lemon juice; about 3

1/2 : c Dry white wine

2 : tb Minced garlic; about 1

-cloves : -cloves

2 : tb Steak sauce; such as Heinz

2 : ts Coarsely ground pepper

Cooking : Cooking spray

1/4 : c Freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/8 : c Olive oil

1/4 : ts Thyme

1/8 : ts Black pepper

16 : oz Tempeh

1 : lg Onion; sliced into rings

4 : Whole wheat hamburger rolls

1/4 : c All-purpose flour

1/2 : ts Salt

1/2 : ts Pepper

1 : lb Thin veal cutlets

4 : ts Olive oil (approx)

1/2 : c Chicken stock

1/4 : c Dry white wine or additional

-stock : -stock

1/2 : ts Dried Italian herbs

1 : ts Grated lemon zest

1 : tb Freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 : tb Chopped parsley

2 : Boneless beef top loin

-steaks; : -steaks; cut 1 inch thick

; : ; (approx. 1 pound)

Directions

0: Preheat oven to 325 degrees

1: Mix all ingredients together

2: Pour into 2 well greased 9x5x3" loaf pans

3: Bake for about 1 hour or until bread tests done

4: Mix glaze ingredients together and drizzle over bread
