0: Try these delicious cinnamon rolls wiith fresh fruit, a glass of skim milk or a cup of coffee for a tasty breakfast lower in fat

1: In large bowl, combine flour mixture with yeast from foil packet; blend well

2: Stir in hot water, margarine and egg whites until dough pulls away from sides of bowl

3: Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface

4: With greased or floured hands

5: shape dough into a ball

6: Knead dough 5 minutes until smooth

7: Cover dough with large bowl

8: Let rest 5 minutes

9: Spray two 9-inch or 8-inch square pans with nonstick cooking spray
