4: To punch dough down, press start and knead for 60 seconds

12: Cover with clean kitchen cloth Ret rise till dbl in size - about 1-1/2 hours

13: Preheat oven to 375° Brush with EGG WASH: 1 lg Egg w/1 tsp water, beaten tog

14: Decorate with: 6 blanched Almonds, 6 Dark Raisins Bake for approx

15: 25-30 min til golden brown
