Ingredients

2 : lg Egg whites; unbeaten

1/4 : ts Salt

1/2 : ts Vanilla extract

1/2 : ts Vinegar

1/2 : c Sugar

1 : c Semisweet chocolate chips;

Directions

0: Combine 1 cup water with brown sugar, shortening, salt, carob powder and sesame seeds in mixing bowl

1: Stir with spoon or whip until mixture is just blended

2: Place yeast in remaining 1 cup water and let stand to dissolve

3: Mix flour with instant milk powder

4: Reserve 1 cup

5: Combine remaining flour mixture with sugar mixture and add yeast mixture

6: Mix on low speed until ingredients are well incorporated, then turn speed to medium and beat 4 to 5 minutes

7: If necessary, add reserved flour gradually

8: Flour mixture should leave sides of bowl

9: Cover bowl with clean cloth, then cover with plastic wrap to speed rising

10: Let rise 1 1/2 hours until doubled in bulk

11: Punch dough down and let rise again, 20 to 30 minutes

12: Divide dough in halves, shape into loaves and place in 2 greased 8- x 4-inch loaf pans, or shape into rounds on greased baking sheets

13: Let rest 15 minutes

14: Bake at 375F 40 minutes
