Ingredients

1 : lb Pork cut into bite sized

Directions

0: Servings: 4 Sprinkle yeast over the 1/2 c warm water and let dissolve

1: Combine the yeast with the warm water, sugar, wheat bran, wheat germ, oatmeal, rye flour, 2 c unbleached flour, salt, oil and honey and beat well to make a sponge

2: Let rise until bubbly, about 30 minutes

3: Add whole wheat flour and remaining 2 c unbleached white flour to make a stiff dough and knead till smooth

4: Cover, let rise till doubled in bulk

5: Punch down

6: Form into loaves or rolls

7: Let rise again till double

8: Bake at 350 degrees F

9: for 45 minutes to one hour

10: Makes 4 loaves
